What we remove

We also clear the landlord's own worn-out furniture when a property is being refurnished.
Keys, photos and paperwork
Give us keys or an agent's contact and we'll take it from there, with dated before-and-after photos you can use for deposit disputes or your own records. Written confirmation of the clearance is available on request.
Cleaning after the clearance
We sweep and tidy as standard. For a full end-of-tenancy deep clean afterwards we work with a specialist cleaning partner and can arrange it so the property is ready to let.
