What happens to your items

Everything is sorted. Furniture and goods in good condition are donated or passed on for reuse where possible; recyclable materials — metals, wood, cardboard, electricals — are separated; and the remainder is disposed of through licensed waste facilities in line with Irish environmental regulations. Appliances are handled under WEEE rules.

What we can't take

Hazardous waste — asbestos, chemicals, paint and solvents, oils, fuel, gas cylinders and clinical waste. If you're unsure about something, just ask when you request a quote.

After the clearance
